Question Movecraft custom .craft help?

    So I am making a server that is Pirate themed where you can use movecraft to battle other ships. I have everything set up, I just need help understanding how the custom .craft files work. It says it is YML format, ok, so do I need to download some special YML notepad? And where do I put them once I have configured them?
