Minecraft Spigot Server Help?

Hi. So my problem is i made a MC server using Spigot. I want to port forward it but the problem is that I don't know how cause I use a Warid Wingle USB Modem.. It is a USB device plugged into my laptop and it gives me my Wi-Fi.. idk what is the proper name for the device.. but I open the configuration site by typing my IP and all I cant find a setting to port forward.. Although i CAN see 2 settings under Security called Special Applications and another called Virtual Server.. Both of these look kinda like a Port Forwarding Menu but I am not sure which to use and what to enter in them.. I have a slight idea of what to enter but im not positive on it.. Sorry for being such a noob xD... So i need to know is it possible to port forward a USB Wi-Fi Device and if it is possible, how? I'll put Screenshots of the menus i found on the Configuration Site... Feel free to ask me any further questions about this if u need to..
