Illegal character in chat?

    Whenever i type on my server i get : Illegal character in chat.
    Its really weird i have bukkit build #345 and plugins are: Essentials, Worldedit, Permissions

    You enter an invalid character in chat
    Perhaps the language of your client and your server language are different.
    You are from a country that uses a non Latin alphabet?

    Do you use the iChat plugin? What other plugins do you have?
