    How to Run/Install a Minecraft Server on Linux


    Welcome to this tutorial on running a Minecraft Bukkit server on almost any Linux operating system. All the commands are below with the download link for bukkit (craftbukkit).
    Commands:
    cd Desktop
    cd Server (or folder name)
    java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar nogui

    this is a basic set up and that is all most linux come with java 6 so you need to update your java the start up script is so basic you'll never hold 10 members
    i followed this instructions but quickly found out it takes alot more also you get a command screen thats it

    no good console
