how do you enable modifyworld?

    hey, Im trying to run a hunger games map, and for it people need to destroy leaves, mushrooms, and vines.

    I'm trying to use modifyworld for this. Based on infromation i read in forum threads, modify world has to be enabled and it creates it's own folder. This did not happen for me.
    how do i enable modify world

    1. Make sure you have ModifyWorld installed
    2. Are you using a plugin for the hunger games
    3. ModifyWorld does not need to be enabled, just give them the permission
    <blockid> the ID of the blocks you want to be broken
    modifyworld.blocks.destroy.<blockid>

    So is ModifyWorld installed automatically with PEX? because I've searched and I can't find it anywhere on BukkitDev
