Problem/Bug Groupmanager is not responding to anything what I do

so, I had a server and groupmanager worked fine, and the next day, everything reset, Everyone was default and If I did /manuadd xTotobac Owner it said I was moved, but I wasnt
If I did /manuaddv xTotobac prefix test it didnt say it, so I reset everything, the entire groupmanager folder and it still didnt work, I am using the default config right now, And pex is also NOT working, so do not tell me to use pex, I have the same issues with it

Please answer asap!

Update > it says I am owner when I do /manwhois, but in /list everything stays default.
