@asim1029 Run your YAML through a parser. It shows you where all of your errors are.

@asim1029 You are using tabs, replace them with spaces.

Hey all! I REALLY need some help. I don't really know what to do next.
    So, let me explain:
I have edited my group manager groups.yml, users.yml, and globalgroups.yml. I have also edited config.yml in Essentials. (Note: I did not use tabs and my globalgroups.yml and groups.yml both work in the YAML Parser.)
I cannot complete the /manload or /manpromote or /mandemote without and error. Here is my error message, my groups.yml, and my globalgroups.yml in pastebin.

    PLEASE HELP!!! D:>

your info block for OPS: group is missing a quote on the prefix, and that craps out your total permissions system when the server loads - crapped out permissions --> cant use commands

Thank you for your input. :D However, I still get the same error message after I fixed the missing " ' " on prefix for OP's. (I also noticed the same problem with the end of prefix with the Newb class.)
Here is the same error message regarding an Unknown entry found in 'info' section for group: Default in file: plugins\GroupManager\worlds\world\groups.yml.

with the exception of the g:blahblah globalgroup entries, leave a space after the colin where there is a thing: value on one row.

    like
    something: true
    something: 'string'
