GriefPrevention giving non-configurable permissions by default

Hello,

As the title states, GriefPrevention is automatically giving permissions not located in my permissions config, and gives me no control over it when I search through the files, I have been going through them for an hour now. This is mainly a problem because I don't want players doing the newly added /ignore against the staff just because they don't want to hear whatever they are telling them. I would've gone to Spigot over this, but they don't like yahoo accounts for whatever silly reason.

Is there anything that can be done?

 

I have heard of this plugin but not familiar of it but if this problem continues may i suggest using Core Protect?

I'm pretty sure /ignore is part of Essentials... If so, just give the permission "-essentials.ignore" to default group which will give a negative permission, resulting in denying the group from /ignore.

Also, I have no clue what you're talking about when you say Spigot doesn't like Yahoo accounts.. If you're trying to get a Spigot/Craftbukkit 1.8+ jar then take a look here:
