Solved Everyone that goes to a certain glitched spots get kicked from my server and cannot join back....

Current Fix: I have to deop myself for players there's none but I could tp them but theres too many.

 

Looks like a chunk error, I suggest getting a chunk fixing plugin. A better fix is to delete the player's uuid.dat file. This will reset their spawn location. You can find by going to the server's root directory, then the default world's folder, then the folder called playerdata. In there you'll find lots of UUIDs. Go to http://mcuuid.net/ which allows you to find a player's UUID by typing their username and vice versa. You can then delete their uuid.dat file from that folder, and they should be able to join fine. You don't have to restart your server or anything after deleting it.
