Essentials Warp Signs Not Working

Alright. Before anyone asks, this is what I did.

Yes, I enabled the signs in the config.

Yes, I used the permission node essentials.warp.list
Yes, I set per-warp-permission to true.
Yes, I created permission nodes for each warp (essentials.warps.<warpname>)
Yes, I added the permission node "essentials.signs.use.warp"
Yes, I added the permission node "essentials.warp"
Yes, I tried adding the group name to the 3rd line of the sign.

EDIT: And yes, I did google this multiple times before posting here.

Whenever a player that's not an OP uses a warp sign, it does not teleport them anywhere, and does not display a message. No errors in console, nothing. It just doesn't work.
