I have installed Essentials, EssentialsChat, EssentialsSpawn, PermissionEx and other plugins.

I am an Admin. When I make /spawn, it work perfectly.
But when a normal user makes /spawn, it comes an error:
"You dont have the permission for this".

    Can someone help me?
I put this line in the default Group from PermissionEx:
    Code (Text):
    1. - essentials.spawn
I read in other theards that they had problems with other Plugins, who doesn't communicate with Essentials very well...

    Need help.

    No Problem:
    Code (Text):
    1. groups:
    2.   User:
    3.     default: true
    4.     permissions:
    5.     - modifyworld.*
    6.     - essentials.spawn
    7.     - essentials.list
    8.     - essentials.afk
    9.     -
    10.     - essentials.rules
    11.     - essentials.mail
    12.     - essentials.mail.send
    13.     - essentials.msg
    14.   Admin:
    15.     prefix: '&4'
    16.     inheritance:
    17.     - default
    18.     permissions:
    19.     - '*'
The joke: Admins are allowed to do /spawn, default-Users aren't.

Hmmm thats very wierd. Is the spawn protected by an entry=false flag?

This must be a bug with essentials/permissions
    Sorry i couldn't help :(

    Hm, ok.
When I install GroupManager, the default group can make /spawn.
But when I am using PermissionEx, they can't...

make sure spawn isnt being overrided by another plugin, by typing /espawn.

also, i never heard of these rumors that it cant communicate with other plugins well. it works fine, aslong as theres no user error stopping it.
