Essentials API is called before Essentials is loaded.

I am getting an error on my bukkit server. I try using the following command.
/town new Kirkwood old70sbeetle

I am trying to create a new town using the towny plugin and get this red message every time i enter that command:
Essentials API is called before Essentials is loaded.
You can see what happens in the picture that I included.
Help would be much appreciated!

Update 1: The following commands have been tested and do not work.
- /home
- /spawn
I am an op. I tried the command /op and /deop. Those 2 worked. I don't know why the other two didn't.

Nevermind. I got the plugin to work. I got rid of all but towny cuz i really dont need the others.
