Bukkit not working, please help

So I was running a craftbukkit server, when I typed stop then closed my laptop. after that, I held power for 4 seconds and completely stopped my computer. Now when I try to open my run.bat file, I get this message~

then it tells me the server is paused and press any key to continue. I tried to continue but the same message played over and over again. Please help me out, not just give me a link to a FAQ site.

@stevedaballer Try removing all files from the server folder except the jar and the start.bat.
