You need either MCPC (bukkit + modloadermp and that kinda stuff, can be modded) or tekkit (Industrialcraft + Redpower on a bukkit server) Both have their own forums, where you can ask questions about modding. mbaxter TnT
As bertware pointed out, you'll want to ask those folks on their site for how to use the modded bukkit. We only support the unmodified craftbukkit here.
