Problem/Bug An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command

Whenever I do any commands except Factions it gives me this message. Yes this is will most of the commands such as /spawn /home /setspawn /tpa /tp /op etc. It wont even let us talk..

I don't know where to start so if anyone cant help me and direct me through this that would be great. Tell me what files I have to paste and share, etc.
