Problem/Bug Admin Experience.

OK, if an admin dies, he keeps the experience, if an admin uses an enchantment table, he keeps the experience. Help?

Maybe ArcaneEnchants? Take a look at this trouble shooting video that can help you figure out which plugin is causing the problem if you'd like.

Well, my MAIN PLUGIN was the issue. So I really can't just THROW AWAY the plugin.

That is what I meant by "stays the same" because I just can't do that. So im just going to have to live with this.
