All skins are steve!

I have major glitch, that all the skins are steve. It's not only me, but my 2 brother's have the same problem. I've tried restarting, deleting my minecraft folder, switching texture packs, but nothing seems to work. Can someone please help? This s been happening for about 2 months, and its getting annoying.. Here is an example

 

To get your full server log:
Stop your server.
Start your server.
When it's fully started, stop it again.
Go in to your server files.
Go to the logs folder.
Open the file called latest.log.
Copy and paste the contents at http://pastebin.com/.
Post it there and then link the URL here.

 

It's nothing to do with the server, I just needed help with this glitch. It happens to my brothers also, and its getting annoying. If anyone knows how to fix it, that would be awesome. All the players are steve, not their main skin. Please help me with this glitch.

@oro901, I'm guessing that this is your network's fault. Do you have web content restrictions on your computer?

That shouldn't matter. This is a client based issue.

 

If the server is in offline mode then skins don't work, so it's not necessarily client based. Could be, but also could not be.

 

If that's the case, bungee cord would have no skins. And a lot of servers use bungeecord.

 

@Tecno_Wizard No. Skins only show when using Bungee Cord if the server is Spigot and in the spigot.yml 'bungeecord' is set to true.

 

I'm pretty sure its my network, I'll fix it, thanks guys!
