http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/uskyblock/ Allows you to use schematics for the island, meaning you can set it to a castle, a sphere, a cave, or a house. I'm pretty sure it has all the features you requested, just change the schematic. If you want the commands to be changed, add aliases in your commands.yml.
