Plugin Help EmeraldEnchants/PrisonUtils/PrisonGems Help!

Hey @mrCookieSlime I was curious if you could respond to a few questions about emeraldenchants. I have not downloaded it yet but was curious if it had these features:
- What is the default radius for the explosive effect at level 1? I heard it only increase by 1x1 block every 30 levels. Is this configurable to my liking so I can make it where every 20 or 15 levels it increases rather than every 30?
- Am I able to add enchants via command? This would be very useful to me as I could create a menu with chestCommnads where you can buy enchants with commandoverride and using gems?
- Is it possible to give backpacks to players via command? This would function like my previous question as I'm interested in created gui menus with chestcommands so you can purchase them with gems. Not your built in gui, I will use a 3rd party program. Meaning I need to know if you can do all this with just commands as I can not add items to the existing gui provided by your plugin.

So yeah, if you can help via here, that'd be great!

1) No, it is not configurable. However I will change that at some point.

2) No, this requires PrisonGems to be used for that.

3) Yes, PrisonUtils has a /backpack command.

 

Doesn't /backpack simply open a backpack gui?

The Backpacks are Items which are given by admins using /backpack
