    1. What OS are you using (Brand and version - Ex. Windows XP SP3)?

    Windows 7 Ultimate N

    2. What architecture is the OS you are running (x64 or x86)?
    x64

    3. What version and architecture is your java install?

    java version "1.6.0_17"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_17-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 14.3-b01, mixed mode, sharing)

    4. Are you running any wrappers? McMyAdmin, mcadmin, Hamachi, etc?

WAS using McMyAdmin. Got rid of that

    5. What build of CraftBukkit are you running?

    git-Bukkit-0.0.0-706-gf53e007-b740jnks (MC: 1.5_02)

    6. What command are you using to run your CraftBukkit server?

    /list

    7. What plugins are you running?

    iChat
    iConomy
    EssentialsGroupManager
    EssentialsGroupBridge
    LWC
    WorldGuard
    WorldEdit

    8. What error are you getting (post your server.log file if possible)?
Not getting an error, no output is returned from the server

    9. What have you tried already?

in EssentialsGroupManager, I'm assigned to Group: Owner
    Group Owner has permission: *
    If I /list, it won't output anything

If I /op myself, then /list it will output
But, I'm not wanting to /op every single player in my server

    10. Have you tried any of the things below?

I dropped McMyAdmin, but that didn't help
I don't know what other plugins could have to do with a permission
I just downloaded and installed EssentialsGroupManager, so I do have the newest version as of posting time of this thread.

If you were running Permissions, you could use DefaultPermissions to give your users access to /list but it doesn't seem to support GroupManager. I'm not sure if there are other plugins like this that would work for GM, but I do know you can find other plugins that have a /list that would have permissions that work in GM.

Could you post your permissions on pastebin.com?

/list is an op command. You will have access to it when you are in the ops.txt file and won't when you aren't. You will either need to load another plugin that has a /list that you can add permissions to or find a plugin like DefaultPermissions that works with GroupManager. Or I guess you could switch to Permissions.
