Minecraft Item Duplication Glitch (any item)

Not sure if this is well known, so I made a video report.

 

Hm well I guess a fix would be to clear the items in the inventory after they die (if that's possible). Guessing when you die it drops your items but if you have inventory open it isn't cleared from the screen allowing you to drop another one. So if it's possible to clear out the inventory with bukkit while inventory is open than that could potentially be a fix

 

I've had that glitch before, and it was already reported on a site of minecraft bugs that if you die while in your inventory you flip sideways and if you throw an item out then you have two the next time you respawn.

 

Ah I wasn't sure if it was just a bukkit thing or not.
